All Our Yesterdays

It’s been such a year! I can’t begin to express my gratitude for all the awesome things that happened this year. And then some not so good things, too. All in all, a year. And even if I HAD an atavachron, I don’t think I’d go back and change anything.

It’s official … I am cool.

A moment like this …

Why write? Well … for moments like this …. There are other reasons, which are a separate post. But on this sunny day … for the first time in my life, I walked out of a bookstore an author. Awesome.

I have to say, I love my publisher, Chronicle Books – they’ve done some really cool, creative things to support my book – check this out: I wish I could be there! I did sign a copy of the book, though – so if you are in the SF area, stop by!!!!!

Every Day I Write The Book

So, in case anyone is at all interested in writing, here’s my #1 tip (paraphrased from Princess Projectra/Sensor Girl in the Legion of Super Heroes, many years ago): Perfection is an illusion. It’s never truly possible to achieve.
